Due to recent changes in Kentucky law, including the enactment of Kentucky House Bill 568, certain services traditionally offered by TOBA Claims may be limited, modified, or unavailable for property insurance claims located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
These legal changes affect the scope of services that licensed public adjusters may provide to Kentucky policyholders during the insurance claims process. As a result, some claim assistance, advocacy, estimating, negotiation, appraisal-related involvement, or consulting services may be restricted under Kentucky law.
TOBA Claims remains committed to assisting policyholders to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations. Services available for Kentucky losses may differ from those offered in other states and may be limited based upon the nature of the claim, timing of representation, and evolving legal or regulatory guidance.
